In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed can be cancelled till status of the order is “On Hold”. Once order is processed, it cannot be cancelled in any circumstances.

Refund Policy
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.However refund is NOT possible in following conditions:
1. In case you haven’t read or understand the description of any assignment. Still you proceed to buy it and assignment is provided to you.
2. You want assignments in Hindi language but description clearly says that assignments are available only in English language and assignments are provided to you.
3. Sample Picture of assignments are available on website. If you haven’t check sample pictures of assignments and assignments are provided to you and you are not satisfied with background watermark.
4. If you bought assignments of PGDIBO but you need assignments of MCOM (or vice-versa)
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account within next 3 business days.
